Terms and Conditions - Rainbow Classes

1. Registration and Fees: Parents or guardians must register their child(ren) for the classes by paying in advance to secure the child's spot. Please use your name and class colour as your reference when paying. Full payment for the term must be made to the following account prior to attending the first session:

2. Attendance: Children are expected to attend the classes regularly and on time. Repeated absences or tardiness may result in the child's removal from the program.

3. Supervision: Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their child(ren) during the sessions. The teaching staff will provide guidance and facilitation, but cannot be held responsible for the safety and behaviour of the children.

4. Behaviour: Children are expected to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner during the sessions. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour may result in the child's removal from the program.

5. Illness: Children who are sick or showing signs of illness should not attend the classes. Parents or guardians must notify Francesca if their child will be absent due to illness.

6. Snacks and Materials: Rainbow Cottage Tutoring is happy for your child(ren) to have snacks and drinks throughout the activities. Parents or guardians should inform the staff of any allergies their child may have.

7. Photographs and Videos: The staff may take photographs or videos of the children during the sessions for the purpose of documentation, marketing, or sharing with parents. Parents or guardians must provide written consent for their child(ren) to be included in these materials. The form can be downloaded by clicking here or a copy can be provided at the venue.

8. Liability: Rainbow Cottage and its staff cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/damaged personal belongings during the sessions. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their child(ren) at all times.

9. Termination: Rainbow Cottage reserves the right to terminate a child's participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to repeated behavior issues, non-payment of fees, or violation of these terms and conditions.

By registering their child(ren) for the phonics classes, parents or guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
